12/07/2003 Archived Entry: "Long Day"
It has been a terribly long day here, the kids are all in a mood and trying to drive me out of my mind, well what little bit of it that I have left. I tell ya if I didn't know better I'd think they all had childhood pms.
I'm hoping to make it a quiet night and watch a lil tv and do a bit of reading between my shows and then call it an early night, I'm not saying it will work, but there's room for hope right?
I don't have much to post about since it's been one of those days so I'll just do Sunday Brunch right quick so I can get settled for the night.
1. How many Christmas parties will you be attending between now and Christmas?
none
2. Have you started Christmas shopping yet? If so, have you finished, or when do you expect to finish?
yep, we hope to finish up next weekend, then we can shop for each other
3. Who is your favorite person to shop for?
Angela :)
4. Have you decorated your house yet? (inside or outside)
nope not yet, we're slow lol
5. When did/do you put up your Christmas tree?
that's a tough one...whenever we go and buy a new one I guess lol maybe next weekend? depends on sitters and such

Must have been something in the air. My kids were at each other's throats most of the weekend, tormenting each other (or me...lol) or crying about something every 5 minutes it seemed.
Hope today is more peaceful - it should be; they're back at school. LOL

Hi Aretha, I have those funny days where the day never ends and I'm not in a friendly mood. Thank goodness they aren't often. LOL! My family is so spread out that we don't exchange gifts anymore so my shopping consists of just a few presents for my grandson and little great grandson. I shop in November for them and mail the package out before Thanksgiving. So Christmas shopping isn't a big deal anymore for me. Nowadays I sit back and watch the others go crazy shopping. *S* Have a great day. (HUgs)
